has anyone heard of this guy in casper wyoming ive heard he is a master builder just checking to see if he his legit. ive seen his submersable toyota t100 in the river but never got the chance to talk to him.

Yeah Hotrodlincoln he is the who got too drunk drove his toyota pickup in the river (by robertson road) trying to cross  it. ;D
