timing belt tensioner spring instead of actuator on swing valve allowing more that 10.5 psi at the spike (no boost guage) just boost cut set at 11.2 maximum.. if i set it at 10.5 it cuts so im running about maybe 9 when it stablizes

the weld is a deep weld but with a few pin holes in it. but it Rhmt not ht
tuning.. well that part was a bitch the spring conrtolled wastegate idea..
who said it wont cut at 11.2 you was rigth i was pushign 14 15 on the guage (put a boost guage one it) some times and i would hear pining.. so i running 2 springs in series now and its holding 10 11 psi stead boost cut set at 10.9 its working.. car is slow in frist and second but the 3rd gear pulls are really dirty tourque monsters need to make a vid

inside story: he is a man of destruction to transmission this is the 4th tranny in the car in a time of 3 years
before this the car got a mini me and he spun a bearing with in 2 months ..
i set the rev limiter at 6300 for a good reason this time..
and the intresting thing is when i set it at 5900 there was NO REV LIMIT
POSTED MY BIN FINE DOWN LOAD AND CHECK IT OUT ITS HELLA RICH AND NO TIMING so he wont get too exited with it afr in boost 10.4 to 11.3 in some place.. almost no tuning on this bitch!!! i only tune for fuel economy best part was i had 2 o2 sensor in it so i was able to enable close loop and i liked how it was holding 14.7-14.6 -14.8 and so it did not need much low end tuning :) just call it a day

This has to be the highest non-intercooled boost I've seen on ANY honda so far. How much faster than stock is it now?
BTW crome has FTS right? Set it way low so he can't power shift.

you have to run a sperate switch

I think you have to wire in a clutch switch for FTS, right?

it needs teh clutch switch input to activate the fts (full throttle shift)set up properly it saves your gear box and makes quick easy shifts
it detonated lightly a few times cuz the boost went up to 14 or so.. boost cuz dont really work when set at 11.2 psi when running stock map sensor

Yeah no shit, JD said it only reads to about 10.6, 11.2 is a number made up by Hondata fags.

ill make a note of it 10.6 but i have it set and 10.9 and it dose cut and did cut as i was adjusting the spring controlled wg flapper 2 spings did the trick
some one asked is it fast..
its dirty fast for what it is im far surprised in 3rd gear pulls that is free way is best for this thing 1- 2nd is mild.. only has power till 5500 rpm.. small ass turbo exhaust ect

nope no ic yet on it yes hot air (say it like black people on the radio) hot air dam turbo is far out of efficency up at high rpm
