We use it at the hospital to treat nausea and vomiting mostly caused by morphine and other pain meds. It can also be used to treat various allergy related symptoms.

A normal dose of phenergan is the best sleep in the world. It also squelches nausea by knocking you the fuck out. Take it 10 minutes before bed. That's all it needs to work. DO NOT fight it though. Talk about a bad time if you do.

If I smoke a single cigarette after consuming opiates, no matter how far from nauseous I am, puking is guaranteed. Shitty thing is when I'm messed up I decide to smoke knowing this, thinking that maybe for the first time ever I will not vomit.

It's called a dopamine rush. It'd probably make me feel better, the next time I have to take opiates in order to feel like ass in exchange for 1/4 the pain relief other people experience.

Meh, dunno, takes me a big dose to be worthwhile (120mg at least), but I enjoy it while it's in effect.
Of course, the next day I have scratches all over...but...feels damn great as long as I can put the nicotine aside for a while.

They make me sick too. I get cold sweats, I throw up (if the dose is high enough) and I'm sober the whole time.
Have you ever tried adding a low dose to a good alcohol buzz? For me it's noticeable and I'm less likely to get sick.

I feel like opiates don't intoxicate me, too, but that is a subjective and erroneous perception. I got to see video of myself red eyed and slurring, didn't believe anyone when they told me I was slurring until I saw it. I felt queasy, in pain, but sober.

I like mushrooms, but they're unpredictable for me... May be a fucking great experience, but may also be the worst one...sometimes both in the same trip.
Opiates I can predict. I can eat 120-160mg, not-give-a-flying-fuck, feel great, feel relaxed, scratch, nod, and avoid smoking.
Only problem is they're too damn expensive.

That's a lot of CNS depressant at one time. I stick to 20's and lower (assuming we're talking about Orange Chicken), and no more than once or twice a month at most. The only thing I don't mind building a tolerance to is alcohol... it's relatively cheap and socially acceptable.

preaching to the choir dude. i can eat one no problem, but inhaling it up the old snout almost killed me. this was a few years ago, i haven't done it since.

I like to snort an 8ball of coke followed by some molly, then down a bottle of peppermint schnapps, then when I'm feeling good I drive over to the taxidermy shop about 30 miles away and break in through the back door which can be accessed via a crowbar. Then I dip my newport cigarettes in embalming fluid and pop a few X's. When I start rolling, I smoke my newports and precede to fuck the stuffing out of the various wildlife around the shop. I then get back in my truck and drive to the nearest ex-gf's parent's house and pass out naked on their door step.

Hurt - maybe as a result of your sense of loss.
Get a sheet of paper and a pen now. Take 10 minutes and write down all the reasons you won't miss your partner. All the things they did that annoyed you about them. All the things you would have changed about them if you could have done. All the things you wanted from them that they couldn't or wouldn't give you. Keep the list and review it and add to it any time you get those feelings of hurt again. Try to think of at least 5 really big incidents during the relationship where you clearly knew it wasn’t working for you. (You'll need this sheet later on in the process.)
Inadequacy - Feeling unworthy.
Get a sheet of paper. For 10 minutes write down all the things you appreciate or feel proud about yourself for. What would your friends say they like or love about you (you may actually even want to ask some of your close friends). What do your family love about you? What have you achieved in your life that you were proud of? Who do you know that loves you? Sometimes when we feel low this can be hard to do. If you’re struggling with this and there’s nothing you feel good about then ask yourself ‘ If you could feel good about just one thing what would it be?’ Then ask yourself that question again as many times as you can. Trust me - you are bigger and better than you think, you are a miracle in progress!
Loneliness - You need to connect with someone.
This is an important part of the process anyway even if you aren't feeling lonely. Stay in contact with and go out with as many of your friends as you can. It’s important that you do this ahead of time rather than just waiting for the weekend to happen to you. Trying to reach out when you’re miserable is really hard and you can end up getting caught in a spiral. Being single is a luxury that you could easily miss. This serves to remind you that you still have lots of people to connect with in life and it also helps your mind to focus on some fun things.

Has anyone tried Marinol? It's a synthetic THC pill (weed in pill form, essentially). A friend of my with Leukemia was prescribed these pills... said they were pretty potent and lasted quite a while.

oxy is a solid buzz for me.. the first time I did an 80mg was the first time I did any dose of pain pill without actually being in pain. I got so fucking sick and spent a whole day feeling like a zombie. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A few years later I was turned on to 30mg OC doses. MUCH better for noobs. the only problem is after your body builds a tolerance to it, you can handle a bigger dose without getting sick, and you end up spending more.. it gets expensive with street prices. It's amazing to me OC actually comes in a 80mg pill.. whoever designed that had one thing in mind; euphoria!
