Well my uncle didnt buy the CRX
He found a very nice little car.
The engine has a new JDM twin turbo engine in it(was originaly a TT engine)
The guys who owned it tried the auto to manual swap and killed this car. Right now the the is a lot of work to be done to build my uncle his new track/street car.
The car will be built as a Road course car.
Body work will be handled by our good friend Killer D (clap clap clap clap from the crowed)
The intire engine has to be re-wired and figured out why she doesnt run  handle by me and my brown brother Redline junkie.
Tunning will be done by us and Mike @ DL Motorsports in burlington who says stock and tuned he will give us 350Whp, this will be a amazing build and will take a lot of work.
Wish us luck 8)

What exactly did you fabricate? I think blown apex seals go in the general discussion area! :P
-
lmao!
whatd the car cost?
-
gfot the car for 3G's
it doesnt run and needs work

+1 blown apex seals seem to be covered by the story of it has an electrical issue. all the rx7s around here have "electrical issues" well besides the electrical issue they also have 10 psi compression in one of the two rotors
-
the did the auto to manual swap, and fuckeed the wiring
it almosat started once. They had it running but woulod fall on its facxe around 3 gramd
-
LS1 swap would be much nicer :P

And make the car lighter.

I know a guy who is a mechanical engineer who owns a race shop who make a 950whp setup for the rx7's
His Rx7 is insane 1300+hp on the street.
I like the ideas of keeping the way it was, I just think a RX7 should have a rotery and a Honda should keep a honda engine

His Rx7 is insane 1300+hp on a really long straight.
Fixed
Rotary's have shit for torque

Rotary's have shit for torque
So do B16's

I own an Rx2 with a 13B bridgeport and im a big fan of the rotary but after seeing a series 8 rx7 at our track with an LS2 v8 conversion I was amazed. The thing was so quick on a reasonable standard engine, it was eating up the other rx7's which had alot more HP. Corner speed was fucken unreal.
I also call bullshit on your mates 1300+Hp street driven rotary. The pac performance Mx6 20B has 1200hp and runs 6.8's and is far from a street car.

Whats the point of this post? Totally out of context...
Nice car  3k$ isnt a bad price even if it doesnt work. Good luck with that!

Why is this in fab? Makes about as much sense as the paint job thread being in fab too..

+1

this was another build thread, will have a full righhting behind it as we work on it.
His RXy runs 7's on dot tires and has a parachuit on the back
20b(three rotor) huge ports, huge turbo, huge tires
-
He is the man who tuned RED Victor
-
One day, I will own another rotary powered vehicle.
Nice FD.
