I have been waiting for my damn pistons for over a month now, i think customs has them, they have a tracking number.
So far i have:
D16A6
Turbo/mani/WG, still need to make WG dump pipe
Sandwich plate for oil feed, 1/2" bung in pan for drain, with all hoses
Dsm 450's and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, 255 Fuel pump
Hondata s300, Aem uego, (pair cost me 400$)
LSD 385tq 6 puck clutch (overkill)
Cheap Evansperformance intercooler, Bov
Eagle rods, ARP head studs, CP pistons (damn shipping time)
Shit tonne of -AN fittings and small parts... (Slim rad fan, boost/oil/fuel press gauges, Random BS)

Need to do:
Get pistons home!!
Send engine for cleaning, bore, hone, deck, balance, assembly to shortblock
Put engine together
put engine into car
Make breather box
Run charge pipe
Post pics, and most importantly, Post tits

So close yet so far away... somewhere in there i have to figure out how to weld aluminum with my tig to make the breather.

i need some help again too, i will have 2 -10AN fittings on valve cover with shields inside to keep oil out of the tubes, connected to the breather box w/bafle and vented to atmosphere on top of breather box and also the black box on the rear of block has been removed and now has a -10AN fitting going from its hole to the breather box, now what do i do with the factory pcv valve holes and the one on the corner of the valve cover? Thanks guys

I actually paid already. They are coming, the post office around here takes their swet time with everything, or something like that. I got them from a shop here in town so im sure i wont get bent over, i have spent lots of other money there and have had no problems, i think he just ships stuff the cheapest possible in hopes of charging me big money for freight...

I still need to make up the pcv breather box, i was just unsure what to do with the factory pcv valve and the holes to which it was connected, also the top left valve cover hole. I dont remember taking it apart, did one end of the pcv valve go to the black box on the back? I am lost on this subject

Did some more work today, started with the idea of just pulling the axles, ended up doing this. looks like once my machine shop work is done its gonna be a simple drop in the new engine and go blow stuff up  :P

Its all done up to the hole in the inner fender where the origional air box was. This car is a beat up four door, good thing the bumper covers cover all the front end damage from my repeated bumper car incidents on the way home from work with guys from work, you get some strange looks when you push another car on the hiway  :?: never thought i would be doing anything more than driving this car into the ground. gotta find a hatch with a good body next year
