My own variation of Jalapeino burgers.
I take nice lean cuts of angus steak and grind them up to make my own meat.
2 2.5" to 3" jalapenios per pound seeds removed, ran through the grinder as well.
a mix of colby and monterary jack shreadded cheese, salt pepper.
I put it all in a bowl and hand mix them good and then run the whole thing through the grinder again.
This last batch I got 7 half pound patties.
I individually vaccum pack them for later.
Each patty is 6" across and 3/4"+ thick.
Cook 'em and throw a peice of swiss on top.

Thats a fucking manly Burger. I would demo it! I hate it when people make little skimpy burgers. All the ones i make are 1/3 - 1/2 lb. It actually fits the size of the bun.
