Title: my new job
Post by: weirtech on November 30, 2013, 02:18:34 PM
i started a new job a couple weeks ago.  i'm now working for vibrant performance.  pretty sweet gig.

does anyone have any requests for new fab products they'd like to see be developed?  we're currently trying to get the intake manifold thing going.

as an aside, i get to go to the pri trade show december 11-14 in indianapolis.  anyone local should come by to say hi.  www.performanceracing.com/tradeshow (http://www.performanceracing.com/tradeshow)

Sounds awesome. I used to go to PRI when it was in Orlando. It was pretty cool. Used to hang out with Chris Harris there before all that shit went down.

Vibrant has nice stuff, but I'm not sure any of us have the wallet for it.

Beef up the vanjen's they don't like over 100psi very much. Diesel truck guys like them though.

there could quite possibly be a blowout on inventory.  i am still currently selling flanges, but am finding my business partner less interested in continuing than myself.  i like to be able to supplement my hobby, but really, for me it has never been about making money.  life should be more focused on helping each other instead of ourselves.  that's part of what drew me to this group of individuals back in 2003.  some of us have contributed more comments than others, but we have all contributed something.  if i decide to give up selling flanges, i will first offer it to someone who wants to buy all my inventory and patterns and continue selling them or i'll just sell the inventory i have exclusively to this membership @ og pricing.

I feel the same way, only think I can offer is cheap injectorators. I'm sure they'll find you invaluable at Vibrant, they seem like a stable company that will be around a while.
