Been looking for a new/Used DD under 20k
The thought of a v12 twin turbo DD sounds great to me. It has a claimed 493hp and 590 ft/lbs.
Seen a bunch of 30,000-55,000 mile for around 15k
Rhmt thoughts?

MPG is not he greatest if you are use to Civic mpg.

I use my civic and yukon, look like it will get yukon type mpg

There is a guy that runs one at the local drag strip on Friday night street legals. Runs mid 11's, from the little I have chatted with him he has some sort of tune, and upped the boost.
He has run a low 11 with it, but didn't want to put a roll bar in it, so I has dialed it back to run 11.50's.

I had one and it was reliable as hell and lasted longer than the body of the car. Hell it actually had a busted piston or something at one point and ran like a champ still on 5 cyl. I couldn't fix it at the time due to a combination of lacking car knowledge and cancer. lol :P :'( Then there's my times driving them when Im back in Iceland. I was there last xmas and got to experience my cousins mercedes 07 something in the snow. It was diesel. (diesel is a popular choice in iceland when regular gas is ~$9 gallon and diesel is cheaper and supported by the gov/regulations)
Even though the Benz I had was an '87 300SDL, it was from an era where it wasn't built completely like shit and it was the tits! Mine was made in West Germany 8) :noel: :evil: :Jew:
