I'm using Petrocanada 94 in the winter for the Teg and haven't notice a difference really. I know there's additive in the 94 but it works well for me.

The motor is a b16b (10.8:1) @8psi and no problem so far. Winter or summer.

I also didn't know there was a winter blend. That's a fact or you think there's a blend?

w/ E10 AFR should be 14.09:1
10% ethanol blended gasoline is 14.09 AFR.  E10 gasolines will be stoich at 14.09-14.7 AFR.

Using a display calibrated for gasoline, 12:1 on gasoline, 11.5:1 on E85 (stiffer alcohol blends) and you will be fine.

Keep in mind if you use a AFR displayed in lambda 1.0 is stoch. for any fuel used.  :noel:
