if you get sick by eating from a taco truck, your fucking weaksauce. You have a shitty immune system and you deserve to get dysentery.

A true man will feast and flourish from its high caloric artery clogging bounty, take the nastiest of shits and keep on truckin

Best roach coach i ever ate from was a fish taco and seafood truck in tijuana. when i first moved there it took me about 4 weekends of getting sick before my system got used to it.

Damn those tacos were good.

Last saturday i was at the light and one of those trucks pulled up in the next lane. it smelled so good. I was so hungry I wanted to fallow it just to see where it would stop. I think they were cooking menudo.

heres what the menu is on the truck

Asada: flat steak
Pastor: Marinated slow roasted pork
Buche: Fried pig stoumach and intestine (yummy yummy)
Cabeza: Steamed Cow head (cheeck, brain, lip, jaw muscle)
Lengua: Cooked beef tongue (my favorite, especially in green chili sauce)

I hope you enjoy the translation. enjoy.

Buche = throat section. Buche is slang for neck/throat

Tripas would be intestines. Which are still fucking delicious.

No really, they went under thier own free will.  Leaving behind a good business with a solid customer base

There's plenty of illegals around that I don't think they even try to deport.

Fuck you must be from like elk grove then damn things are everywhere. My neighbors in vacaville ran 2 of them. Chico has one  on every street corner literally. I have 5 within a couple minutes.

Dixon the little town between vacaville and sacramento for a town of like 15,000 must have 25 of the damn things.

If your ever gonna try something from these trucks try the "Machaca Burrito" Its dried spiced beef thats been rehydrated and shredded, its cooked in red chili sauce with bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, and mixed into a scrambled egg.

It is delicious, but its super greasy, I bought one once and it came wrapped in foil and placed in a styrafoam cup. all the grease came out of it and filled the cup about 1/2 an inch

we also got this one huge  O0 that pulls a giant bbq behind his truck. he parks it outside this liquor store about a mile from our house. his food smells so damn good, but when we see him out there we can't stop for food. usually when we are driving down that street we have somewhere to be (inlaws house)

we have those in indiana. sad thing is, the food is usually pretty nasty.  :?:

I am very jealous. The only thing around here are pre-packed sandwich trucks. They have gross sandwich's and then like bags of chips and pop. A corner store on wheels.

Wish we had Taco trucks.

If you ever come to the southwest of the states its a must do. You'll wonder why people even go to fast food joints when you can get a burrito that feeds 2 people for under 5 bucks.
