Title: which cluster wires are the check engine light?

i built a custom guage cluster and am replacing the cel on it with a led.   im trying to figure out what 2 wires i need to hook to in order for my new check engine light to work properly

get a workshop manual for your car. PDFs are all over the place. check torrent sites like mininova.org

Do you still have your original cluster?
Look at the back of the cluster and trace it from the bulb to the wire harness. Not that hard if you have the cluster.
