I'm making about 110-120 whp in my n/a 7 (shooting for 140 with exhaust and safc tune....not going further until i do a piston swap.)
A buddy of mine is making 200+ on his street ported d-spec rx7. Loves his clutch has well over 10k on it.
Anyone else have positive experiences with these?
I'm thinking about either this or an exedy stage 1 street clutch. I dori-dori jdm tite style and just want something that's cheap and that grabs like fat pussy lips on wide cock.
Dont bring lsd motorsports or act or fidanza or spec into this thread. Keep it xtd six puck please. The clutch of nig nogs made by china boys.

2+yrs with z6 then I put it on z6 with sc14 supercharger and problems.
The only complaint I have is: no slip clutch + rt-615 tires + very stiff motor mounts = 2x cv-axles/side/year replacement
Lucky I have spares and some lifetime warrenty axles to trade out. ;D
When I finally get my z6/y8 w/ vitaras w/ tt rods and sc14 max out I may find the limits of either my cv-axles sooner or the clutch.

clutch disc from mars and a act xtreme pressure plate FTW!

I ran one in my turbo B18B Civic that ran 11.6 at 118mph on 24.5" slicks and no slip whatsoever. It was wearing fairly quick from those launches and i think it would not last as nearly as long as a ACT,Comp etc but it worked well and the whole setup ,sprung 6 pack,8lb flywheel, bearings etc was $250 roughly.

So its for a rotor? Iv got an unsprung 3 puck in my Rx2 and that was a good streetable clutch and hasnt killed a diff or gearbox yet. ;D

i love mine, just get an OEM TOB, the one that came with the XTD flew apart shortly after i put in the clutch. replaced it with a all metal one and all has been good.
