Title: ridin durty - new DD time
Post by: SloS13 on May 28, 2009, 06:03:24 PM
picked this up last night.  Its dirty as all fucking hell.  I've used a good 30-40g of water to clean the interior so far.   It'll be nice and fresh inside when I'm done which is like another 3-4hrs. It was so bad to clean the hatch part I ended up just using a garden hose and sucking it up with my shampooer

I assume the dirtyness means it was cheap? Wrx makes a nice daily, dont think id want to build one though.  Id end up using it as a truck, stuffing trash and motors in the back.  Thats what I did with my integra lol.  :somb:

for $300 you can turn them into 13 second wagons

and a broken transmission, leaning out cylinder #3.

nice wagon.  My transmission is kinda...ehh.  I don't trust it much yet.

Right now im painting my fucking calipers.  Its gonna be so F&F.  But seriously they're rusty and look like ass.  Lubing up the pins and putting on new pads and rotors up front.

Killed my goddamn battery leaving the "parking lights" on TWICE.  who puts a light switch there...seriously.

after 6 straight hours of cleaning.

the shit that came out of the headliner (about a 2' x 2' section).  This started out as soapy water.  Saved a small sample for proof of grossness

Im thinking about right or a little too much - $6500.  Has cobb f/r sways, eibach springs and Koni's, but non-wrx seats.  Seats from a Forester.  Lots of dents, scrapes and 151k miles.   Motor is stock and runs pretty good

paid 9000 for mine...bone stock.......75k on the clock.....real clean body straight just your normal road chips and a few minor scratches....engine runs strong

some guy bought it from under me.  IIRC, he flew in from PA to NC to get it. Fucking bastard.

I would rock one of these wagons. 5dr Accord, one riding around boosted in Huntsville. Looks completely stock minus the intercooler.
