So you want to be spoonfed a howto on putting a turbo on your 90-91 integra?

ha...
church7 bin blew my first b20. hahah
-
nevermind then...

It's like any other car. You fit a couple of pipe together and you have a turbo kit.
-450cc with resistor box (use a dremel to oversize the intake o-ring)
-Intercooler: follow the same path than a CAI for the intake side and use the hole on the side of the windshield washer liquid or just make your own hole where you want it. (can make a good job with ebay kit...)
-Manifold: use what you want, but be sure the turbo isnt too low or it will hit the crossmember.
-OBD0 ECU: Place the connector on your left and the chip to remove is the third from bottom to top on right (near the case on the right)
-BOV: use a T to connect the bov inlet on any vac source on the intake manifold
-Wastegate: if you have a outlet on the turbo use it, otherwise use another vac source from the intake manifold. ( use green spring 7.5psi and if you want more install a boost controller)
-clutch: change it now, you will blow it anyway.

Don't put the turbo or wastegate too near of the rad like I did, big mistake LOL
Good luck.

why is this thread getting replies? this belongs on ohmt ::)

If you want more out of your teg, raise the boost and get it tuned.
Take the whole exhaust off but the downpipe.

same as for OBD1, except differnt ecu/software to tune.

obd0 pr4 and turboedit.
its easier then obd1 because the ecu simply needs a chip desoldered and socket soldered in place. you wont need to wire a resistor box because it already has one.

He never said he is running low impedance injectors, even though most that support boost are.

I had a 90 teg and I don't think there was a resistor box into it.
91 have a resistor box for sure.

Map sensor reads the same pressure as OBD1 because if you obd1 conversion no map sensors need to be changed. They are different externally and are mounted on the firewall instead of on the TB. Just use the stock Honda Map sensor setting in turboedit.
All obd0 hondas/acura run resistor boxes, some obd1 hondas as well. (accords/preludes)
