So my 23rd birthday is june 1st and my sister inlaw decided to make me a birthday cake. I thought you might enjoy.

my exes mom is a proffesional cake maker and she made me a legit turbo cake... i still never got the pics from that slut... shit that cake was from like 3 years a go? fuck time flies

No, he clearly states in the first post that his sister in law made the cake, and that he's banging the sister in law's sister in law.  In otherwords, he's banging his own sister.
