Got the notary license, man it was hella easy. Now I just need to know what I have to use. I have heard from some I can use the embosser or the seal stamp. Others say I have to use the embosser and the stamp is optional. I just need to know which one I have to use so I can order it.
I need some help. I need a someone who is a notary or knows a notary. Let me know make $50. PM me if you do

remember, if its illegal, the notary will lose their license.

I have a NC Notary stamp. I have a bill of sale notarized at the bank once every year or two, then run with the notary's info.
Oops, did I say that out loud?

Only semi illegal lol. Long story short I bought my car last year and never registered it, title got gimped up, and the only way to get them to accept it is to have the previous owner (still registered owner) sign a BOS and have it notarized. Unfortunately I can't find this guy anywhere. Only his old CA address and phone # which aren't valid any longer.
-
Yeah I already checked and it's not stolen. The guy was in the military, so no telling where he is stationed at. I don't really think they will check. I mean hell they don't contact the seller on a regular BOS, this is just notarized saying he signed it.
-
The only way you get caught for a shady notary is if the seller reports it stolen/etc, and then it comes back on the notary.
-
Thats what I was thinking, and since I have owned it since last year and checked to make sure it isn't stolen. It's 100% clean so I think it'll work
-
Yeah, you're fine.
BTW, interesting reads from your other thread. I know this isn't the place for it, but I'm too lazy to go look for the thread right now.

Bwhaha pretty funny. I remember seeing a video of guy trying to drive his car at a tree and hopping out to claim it on insurance. Well A) Dumbass let someone tape it B) When he got out he slipped and the car ran over him

lol what did you have to do to get the notary license, just pay a fee or something?
idk about his state but in pa you have to pay 500 different fees then take a 3 hour class. doesn't seem very profitable, but might be good to do shit on the side every now and then

LMAO, We went to a insurance company (State Farm) said yeah we need to get a notary bond. They asked for the name and address. Filled out the paper work and called the probate judge for some # forgot what she said. Charged $50 and we left with the bond info.
Go to the probate judge office and gave them the bond info. They fill out the application and process/sign it. Print us out a license/certification charge $18 and we walk out with the notary license.
So $68 to get the bond and license with not a damn one checking any form of ID. I could have said I'm Rick James and live at 123 Pimp Palace. Now I just have to buy a embosser/stamp which is another $30. So total is going to be around $100.

You mean you aren't Rick James?

Actually I am. I put Rick James on all the free stuff I fill out for. I just got a magazine yesterday from NRA for Rick James :P
