Title: Can this be saved or not? Tranny ?

ok long story short got tranny on ebay, case was broke upon arrival, got money back and got to keep the tranny. Okay so here is what i first found when I got it.

Well last week got bored and opened it up to find this

This thing is fucked up and so i check out the case

so is the case even saveable or not? The gear sets don't look bad but obviously diff is shot. Just curious what if any could be salvaged from this mess? Wtf did this kid to to the tranny to do that?

Wheelhop is a bitch. Broke the retaining pin for the diff pin.

Case and diff carrier are junk, save the speedo ring gear and all gearsets after close inspection.

CLEAN EVERYTHING on the gearstacks. This means full takedown. Those little pieces of alum get everywhere.

BTW, that tranny was making a racket when last driven.

yeah I even sent him the tranny back but he never picked it up day after I got the refund the tranny showed back up.

Damn case is toast then. Honestly I don't even know what this tranny is as far as ls,gsr, I dunno

start counting teeth, might be a LS, have a nice 5th gear for cruising

I believe the final drive.
