rack leaking yet?

what rack?

Steering rack. Mostly an issue with the lifted 4 wheel drives with the gay ass independent front suspension.

I've seen too many '99+ Dodges with v-8's twist and break the p/s shaft.  Usually because someone is either playing in the snow and packs tons of snow in the lower part of the engine bay or b/c of 4-wheeling in some deep and sticky mud.

The first time I saw it was when a customer came in to have is pulley pressed off the shaft and I started setting up the puller and the shaft came out of the pump. The shaft was only held in with a seal.  :?: :o

The 4.7l v8 is a good motor. I drove a 2003 one for about 150,000 miles of hard driving.

Don't argue with me. I had a 2003 that seen more shit then yours will dream about. I know it has an IFS. Axles get expensive on them bitches after you break a few.

Every town has something like that but sometimes you stumble across the Gran Torino house that was well maintained by a picky old man.

Not really, it's a solid middle class neighborhood.  I checked out the property values as well as some of the pics of places nearby on Google Maps.  I'd live there with my kid and feel secure.
