Title: Need PC handholding: Blue Tooth taking up prime COM Ports

Edit: I got the whole blue tooth shit disabled it was actually easier then I made it out.  It just kept coming back on reboot til I got everything shut off.  I'm good now

the only reason anyone would call your number is to listen to
a) a dial tone
b) a shitty unintelligible voice mail message created by a middle schooler
c) the sound of a gaggle of thirty something male car enthusiasts felching chunky dehydrated semen
