I drop an intake pump down the gas station access/fill hole after dark.  Works like a charm.

you have to put the intake in the in-tank or it won't work right

my car dont have locking jack shit, but its perpetually at less than 1/4, but usually less than 1/8 tank.. that and im a hellbilly with shitloads of guns.
