Title: obd-0 to obd-1 conversion, I need some help with a few pins.

I've been spending the last few days pouring over wiring manuals trying to figure out the obd-0 to obd-1 conversion and I still can't find a few pins.

Obd-0 A13, A15, C13, C14, C15 can anyone confirm where these need to be pinned to in the OBD-1 plugs?
