Title: ok need some help 2001 civic runs like shit on start up

hey,,, my moms 2001 civic every now and then and mostly when it rains  will run funny when it is first started up its like it will idle fine but when you give it gas it will bogg down and want to die sometimes it even will backfire not sure what the problem is ? but her check engine light is on and we had it tested but its a new story everytime from fuel related to ignition to the o2 sensor so i dont know any help would be great thanks ...............................................JA$ON 8)   oh and after the car warms up it will run fine we have tried fuel injector cleaner and thats about it so far but that did nothing  ???

well it's an efi car so first things first clean all grounds and the battery posts. Then go from there. Oh and check for oil inside the distributor.
