i watched the video on youtube.  i am most amazed at how effortless he makes it look.  i think he could still easily run under 9.50  he isn't even at his career peak yet.

Running is wierd, takes a good decade to reach your peak and then your knees fall apart.  Props to those who have the heart for that.
