Said he heard loud exhaust and knows I was racing. So I started the car up while at the door and he could not hear his own dome think....... I asked him how was it a speed contest when not over the speed limit or even clocked or anything of the such as of driving crazy.

And fight the fuck out of the speed contest shit, if they didn't catch you speeding, fuck them. And that will then fuck them out of probable cause to ask for your license/registration since they shouldn't have pulled you in the first place. If anything, claim racial profiling due to blue dash
