$30/month
100mbps up/down
unlimited traffic
full remote desktop/shell access
500gb hdd
variety of OSes to choose from (I'm using ubuntu)
sFTP, SSH, apache, torrent clients pre-installed

has only gone offline once in the past 4 months for a half hour, and that was due to upgrades.

Shared seedboxes, and anything with "seed," "torrent," or "seedbox" in the title ftl

looking more at the one linked above, it looks like a reseller of the same servers I'm using, just at a higher price (obviously) and not using the upgraded servers (just upgraded).

hahahahahahahahah

While torrenting:

There's no ISP here that will come close to 100mbps upload for $30 a month.  Some people just get them for a month or two, seed the fuck outta some torrents, build a good buffer, and get rid of the seedbox again.

One torrent tracker where I grab bluray ISOs which are made "free" downloads:
Up: 4.74 TB
Down: 8.73 GB

Another:
Up: 6.532 TB
Down: 2.801 TB

Up: 801.37 GB
Down: 16.60 GB

How is seeding a 130gb file yourself a bitch? :P  If there are the downloaders for it, you'll be sitting at 10-11MB/s easy.

So, bitchtits, did you get it?

Mine are both working hard uploading my recent encode.

24.58MB/s up between the two.

I dunno how "worth it" it would be to you, but you may want to look into a business account.  I'm not in a Comcast area anymore, but when I was I had it for $90 a month.  For $70 we had 8mbps down, 2mbps up, and the 250gb cap.  For $90 a month, we had 20mbps down, 5mbps up, unlimited data, and if something were to fuck up, you'd have a tech out within 24 hours due to it being a business account.  Also, you're on an entirely different subnet, so less "congestion," and your bandwidth has higher priority.  To me the extra $20 was worth it...

First week I had Comcast business interent, I downloaded over 1TB and never heard a word.
