No, a winrar is the EE one of my friends was trying to email his driving record to in order to get a job, who had no idea what a .rar file was and no idea how to go about opening it up. I tried to explain it to the guy over the phone, ended up just printing it and faxing it to his secretary. It only took 5-6 tries before she realized the machine was turned off, mostly because she was brighter than her boss.
