My only experiece with redbull... 02 Savanah, GA APBA Offshore Race. Redbull was the sponsor, 105 degree heat redbull in coolers all over the pits, Drank I have no idea how much cuz it was free and there isnt a whole lot to drink in the pits when your staging for a speed run or getting ready to send out for the Offshore race off Tybee Island, I have no more use for that shit, dont like the flavor or how it made me feel.

Personally, I drink too much caffeine, I try to drink sprite or something if I get a soft drink. I try to limit myself to possibly 4 energy drinks a week max.

I don't think you can compare coffee and energy drink... Even "natural" energy drink are far from being natural.

They are acid, contain a lot of sugar and contain probably as much chemical products than Windex.

Coffe is natural (most part of it I guess)
