I need to replace:
Master cylinder,
Front calipers,
Front pads,
Front rotors
Most immediately I need to replace the Master cylinder. Are there any cheap upgrades I can pick up readily at the parts store, like a larger MC from an integra or something? Or is this a stupid idea?

Thanks for the link, good info:
Doing a bit more research it seems that the stock MC is 13/16"
The integra GSR or type R MC is 1", but the fitting for one brake line is located on the opposite side, and it will not bolt to the stock brake booster.
The 90-91 Civic MC is 15/16" has the lines in the right places, and should bolt to the stock brake booster. The larger MC will give a stiffer pedal feel, which I think will be a good thing. This looks like the one to get.
EDIT: turns out mine already has a 15/16" MC and it still sucks

I have a 90 crx Si with a stock 15/16" mc and teg front rotors/hubs/calipers and and stock crx disks in the back. It will out brake my car. If I had some better tires on it Im sure it would make the brakes feel even better. The next upgrades to my brakes are gona be a set of good hawk or some kind of perfomance pads.

I had this exact setup. Worked for me.
