When the service conector is jumped same solid and i dont get any flash codes. with no ecu in there is no cel. I tryed new main relay's grounds chipped and stock ecu's im stumped i dont get a solid cel till the last plug on ecu is connected. help me so i can sell this pos

i had a similar problem but I had no cels.
my problem was there was a break in the wire from the ecu to the main relay. Sounds plausible since you say there is no cel til the last ecu plug is plugged in.
bust out a multimeter and check for continuity from the relay to the ecu and voltage.

ill have to pick up one of those

Went out side this AM and it worked two times so i figured i have to check wiring b/c after cleaning up tools off the engine it wouldnt work.I started checking power and ground signals. Ecu power wire pin d1 was not getting proper power so a wire from the battery power to internal fuse box to the ecu fixed the prob .
