Title: fuel pump wont prime? ** problem solved **

So after my setup shit the bed i scored an ls motor. Now the swap has been in the car for a week now i cant get this bitch to start i get a solid cel. When the service conector is jumped same solid and i dont get any flash codes. with no ecu in there is no cel. I tryed new main relay's grounds chipped and stock ecu's im stumped i dont get a solid cel till the  last plug on ecu is connected. help me so i can sell this pos

i had a similar problem but I had no cels. 

my problem was there was a break in the wire from the ecu to the main relay.  Sounds plausible since you say there is no cel til the last ecu plug is plugged in.

bust out a multimeter and check for continuity from the relay to the ecu and voltage.

what your explaining is a classic dohh I forgot the tstat housing ground.

switched the tstat ground many times even connected it directly to battery negative no worky with it ungrounded there is no cel at all

thats exactly what im saying while switching relays when the car is on i get the click so there getting some kind of power hopefully i can find a new harness for today and see what that does

Went out side this AM and it worked two times so i figured i have to check wiring b/c after cleaning up tools off the engine it wouldnt work.I started checking power and ground signals. Ecu power wire pin d1 was not getting proper power so a wire from the battery power to internal fuse box to the ecu fixed the prob .
