Title: D series Cable Trans Question
Post by: 1991civicsi on September 23, 2009, 09:11:47 PM: I picked up a used cable trans in good condition which came out of a 1990 Civic Si. I pulled the axle seal to measure the bearing size which was 35mm.
The research I found was that Si trans are 40mm bearing size. Can anyone confirm this? Can it be Si gearing and have a 35mm bearing ?

IIRC its still 35mm, the 92+ went to 40mm

have to get bone in here to verify
