The wife's uncle had one of those srt-10s in his collection for a while.

3 transmissions in 20k miles = Failure.

yea i'm sure 3 trans in 20k miles, he never did anything! what a joke.

only drove it sundays to church and it broke trannies.

those trucks are cool. that guy... wow... what a dumbass. it looked like he started getting sideways towards the ditch then hit the gas instead of the brake.

i was waiting for him to say "my dad is going to kill me"

Lloyd currently owns more 50-70's muscle cars than you ever will over the course of your whole life.  I'm pretty sure he knows how to maintain a machine, and he hasn't had the energy to walk across his own lawn for a couple years now so I really doubt he's raw dogging the hell out of an SRT-10 as it'd be uncomfortable for him - and he owns way faster shit anyway.

i mean i have never understood how some people can't tell that shifting into 2nd(from the looks of it) would not cause him to fling sideways. it was already going that way..... :?:

Not hard to believe if you've driven past his car lot for the last 25 years.  He's owned a car lot for his whole life, all he's ever bought and sold are classic and/or cool cars.

Okay, I'm a little annoyed with you.  You keep picking simple things I say to be contrary about - Hondas don't need crankcase vents and the such, which really makes you look stupid to anyone who's ever had a car making more than twelve horsepower.  Now you find it hard to believe I'm a marginal acquaintance of some dude who owns a car lot?  Dude, grow the fuck up.

I was just stating that i understand where the doushe before me wa coming from when he said what he did about the trans breaking.
