Title: rebuilt car doesnt start

lol.after all this its kinda funny.


ok, so i have about 40psi fuel pressure. im about the check for spark. the dizzy went in just fine, i did move the rotor dealie on the dizzy that goes into the cam so that the lines on it were all on the same side. fucking aye.

anything else i should check for other than spark?  :'(

Uh, mechanical timing??? Just a theory.

timing is right, at least according to me. oil pump gear matched the mark, crank pulley matched its mark, and cam gears matched pointing up as well as the matching notches.

firing order is in check.

on the other hand its not firing. i has no spark. that was easier than i thought. ideas on that?

ill get to it tomorrow morning.

thermostat housing ground? but before that make sure the distributor is plugged in

check the fuses. and grounds. and connectors that go to the dist.

crapped out dizzy. put on a spare i had, and she went on, for a glorious 2 seconds. i turned it off, bc my douchewaffle neighbor is blasting music, and i cant hear a damn thing.

you put the pistons back in.
