Title: controller on dash

hey i was just watchin this vid from nyce1s on streetfire, seen an odd controller on the left side of the dash by the signal arm, around 6 min into the vid, just curious as to what it might, thought it might be some kind of external rpm controller, or boost controller, but dunno for sure.

the one guy who moved in and pushed the button turned on the lights, but other than that, no idea
