Jw if anyone lifts on here or has ever run a cycle or even done a pro hormone, i know ive read some stuff on here were people been losing weight just wondering if any you guys lift and get big.
im 5'8 174
Max bench around 250-260
Squat Max round 425
Mostly Lift for football but since ill b 19 this summer and this is my senior season im finishing, im gona start taking it way more serious this off season get ready for college ball.

Today I lifted an insulation blower onto my tailgate. I've run a cycle or two, but my favorite was my Dyno VFR when I was 14, and I consider my wife (sometimes) to be a pro-hormone, and I've done her, so.

You'd honestly be better off if you said fuck the gym and spent that time running (jogging and speed training) and biking, and working out with your own body weight doing pushups, pullups, and core work. I could definitely bench and squat more in highschool/as a college undergrad, but I'm way stronger now. Doing jiu jitsu for about a year probably helped too, but I'm pretty sure I could make you look like a 12 yr old fat kid on the short bus. If you're serious about football, look at all the top players in the NFL-- they are lean, tough, and quick as fuck.

my friends are on cycle. When i went to the gym with them it was retarded how much they can do & how many people at the gym are on cycle.
I am fat and out of shape, and going 5-6 days a week for 3 hours at a time got boring quickly. Thus I am still fat and out of shape

I have never been ripped but been in amazing shape. My knees always hurt, my legs were always sore, and it usually pretty much always sucked.
I do nothing now other than day to day activities and somewhat watch what I eat and I feel great. Really, I see no reason to be into bodybuilding or even being a gym freak. :-\

ia attempted a cyle of tren( i think its banned now?) the shits legit my friend at 180lbs could put up 420 pounds on the bench its incredible how well it works for some ppl after I lasted 5 days although the first 3 days my reps kept jumping but i shortly started to experience extreem anxiety attachs had to get off it i tried it again....same shit some ppl just cant hadle the change in hormones but its incredible how well it works for those who can other than that no negative side effects just make sure u do a post cycle to keep the gyno away

Ya I took this shit that made my dick ten feet long and it was incredible I would pass out and have seizures and could never get an erection but it was amazing my friend was able to get it up once but his heart exploded and he died we all thought it was pretty amazing that he could get a ten foot boner so we tried again I had an aneurysm and now I feel dizzy when I stand up but its incredible for those that get ten foot boners.

ive lifted seriously for about 7-8 years now(just getting back into it) and while i think your a dumbass for asking this here im going to give you some solid advice.
1) your 19, you dont need roids or PH, u have a retarded amount of testosterone(what roids increase) already
im not saying this because i dont agree with them. i have done 2 cycles and used PH on the occasion. shit is badass. but i waited.
2) you say you are willing to take lifting seriously now and talk about juicing.
you take lifting seriously first and then juice later.
lift solid for at least a year first before you worry about roids. with a solid base roids will benefit you so much more.
its like slapping a turbo on an unprepped engine and praying for 200ish hp
or building a solid engine and then boosting the shit out of it to like 400+hp
3) Westside Barbell training
protein, BCAA, creatine, glutamine, i.e. a good protein powder
calories!!!

def good advice but im not trying to run any cycles right now at all, i wana build a good base and i was jw about the guys on the site im not trying to take a PH i know a kid who did at 18 and got real big but he says he regrets it hes now like 20, but i was jw im def gna lift hard though this off season comes winter
