Eh, I hate to say it, as I love the body style and the whole concept of the GN, but they have less than adequate bottom ends. Shitty cast cranks that cant handle any decent power for very long, regardless of rod/piston combo. Your better off finding a base Regal, painting it, and dropping in a twin turbo small-block. There's a reason so many GN guys ditch the 3.8 in favor of a small block...

I was just excited by the prospect of someone owning a mint GNX and not realizing it's worth tons-o-cash.

Just so you know Jess, It's pretty easy to figure out that ones a scam for a few reasons, like the price obviously. the pictures not so much, but when someones selling a car for $5k in PA and the pictures show it around palm trees its pretty obviously a scam. I've also noticed the scammers like to categorize shit like how they did in that post, like engine 6 cylinder gasoline and body style coupe.
If that were real it'd be nice. Kid I knew from HS got suckered by an old CL scam years ago, sent some guy 6k western union for a ~95 turbo supra. Needless to say he never got said supra.

I'm not giving your friend his money back if that's what you're getting at.
