Title: bent a rod at work today

this is from a 4400hp General Electric locomotive. Got told to load box it, blew the turbo and did this. :evil:

Nice work, take that piston rod combo home, and make it a stand for a bench grinder.

4 would make for some sweet work bench table legs.

after the turbo was changed, mechanics forgot to open the compression plugs. I'm just an electrician, turned it over till it wouldn't anymore.

that couldn't have been cheap. didn't you post a turbo that was $75,000 to replace?  :o
