I bought a bike from walmart and when I saw it, I was like hells yeah its turbo!

Tryed that.
Now that the frame is done IM just probably going to walmart tomorrow, unless my friend pulls through and gives me his old bike.

Im probably going with a 18" bike its 60$ and will give me a a little more bottom end and the crank wouldn't hit the ground.

Are you going to put a rear brake on the bike?

you should try to upgrade the front brake to a disc, I doubt that fork has a mount but you could probably get a 26" or 29" mtb fork with disc tabs pretty cheap. The taller fork will rake it out a bit more like a chopper and will also help you with a little more bottom bracket height.

If you have problems finding parts let me know, I work at a bike shop. You should also try dumpster diving behind you local shop, they usually throw away some usable stuff.
