Title: fuck my peice of shit car

so of course everyone knows my bmw is a dirty piece of nigger shit
anyways I had it back on the road 2 days and it has gotten a flat 250$ tire, shredded an alt belt and left me stranded on a pa highway for 10 hours overnight and now when I go to replace my fuckface O2 sensor, the chode ass hood wont pop. The fuck am I supposed to do? I pull on the lever and it goes back the full distance but never unlatches the hood. Fuckin chump deuche-bag shit.

Ugh, out of ideas.

reach through the grill with a pair of obstetrician forceps, grab the hood latch cable, and yank the fuck out of it. Unless it's one of those reverse hoods, in that case call a  :mexi: or a  O0 and tell him to pretend like he has to cut the battery to bypass the alarm. Your hood will be open in no time.  :noel: :yes:

locate where hood latch loop is welded on
drill down through the welds
open hood
pop rivet loop back on
add jb weld for good measure

try having someone push down on it when you pull the lever, sometimes a screwdriver left under the hood for future repairs will jam the mechanism up

Hood latch thing is common on those e36's.  My cable felt like it was sagging, it would barely open.  It's the small, annoying things like this that made me sell mine.  No complaints about the engine or tranny... just stupid shit.
