lol, do people try to play it off as the real thing? or do they jsut like the style? to me that would just be pathetic to have badges from a differnt car on yours.

Uhh.  No.

Ferrari only made 30, they cost 2.5mil each, and you can only drive them on trackdays at events approved by Ferrari, never on the street. You cant own one outside of Europe anyway.  Not exactly a mid-life crisis car

Then I'll default to an F40

1969 Camaro "Split Personality" Part 1. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hrw7SKU03yk#normal)

Check his channel.  Mid-life just got a little closer to end-life.

I thought he'd lost control, those 1G Camaros are pretty squirrelly.

Also, his taste in shifters sucks.  Those things are pices of crap.

Make another thread.  Dreamcars or something.  I simply dont see an f40 as a midlife car.  A 355, maybe a 360, but not a low production car like the incredible f40.

Dont get me wrong, I also have a Ferrari fetish.  I just dont see em as what one would consider a "midlife crisis" kind of car for a majority of the population.

j.h., those things are fucking ugly... but after driving a non-M plain jane 635csi around for a weekend I really like those.

Stopped there a couple times.

Haven't been in at least a year, especially lately with no drivable vehicle.

You're not missing anything. I promise. Next time you see that car, snatch the emblem. He deserves to be robbed, and I justly need it.

I found a 355 in ATL for 30k 2 weeks ago. exterior was great, interior looks like a kid spilled a drink in the floor. 19k miles. God I wish I had a job...

Those cars are overall very simple, but T-belts are a bitch and require the motor pulled to do.  Trans dont last long, if your a mechanic with some $$$ backbone, they dont suck.
