Most importers are that importers they are not mechanics. Think of it as the guy who owns the junkyard here they are just the supplier they really dont know what they have.

Exactly. They might have one guy who knows whats up but they usually arent the owners. The importing engine business years ago was very profitable but those days are long gone. Its safe to say that importing led based toys from China is the way to get rich importing these days.
