By logic, gain of 20HP is like 2-3psi with a turbo.

Add a resistance to the IAT sensor to put more fuel in the cylinder is valid, but it will give little to no gain. Maybe the ignition is advanced too, but I'm not sure on this one.

Anyway, the O2 sensor will see rich and will probably compensate to get the combustion leaner and retard the timing..
