I think the main part of the article was the poor condition of the van's tires, it being overloaded, and being driven by someone who didn't have the proper license...which could have possibly been prevented if the gov't didn't stop the inspections. They said the inspections were resumed, so there.

Another thing I dont like is a Hindu wont fight a person by themselves and only fight in packs. As far as I have noticed Indians just like to fight, regardless of the outcome. Mexicans I cannot comment

Hi. You're a fucken moron. The cops will end up stopping more people they "believe" to be out of compliance of this tire bullshit, yet they will never stop all of them, which means that:

Mexicans tend to fight in packs, but every so often you meet a hardcore motherfucker of a Mexican who doesn't give a shit and will fight one on one or outnumbered (and generally does a good job). Most of them seem to be first generation Mex-Americans who understand and live in both cultures - or at least that's my experience.
