Yahoo weather says it's 32*F outside, but it's 50*F under the carport and warmer where I'm working on the car.

thats what happens when you get old. the across the street neighbors, when i was growing up, would do that every year. take off for a couple months and come back when its not so bad.

It's -20F with wind chill here.

I wanted to work on my car, but it's just too cold to work with metal tools.

thats what i was cussing about the other day.  it's not bad being outside when it is in the teens, but even with decent gloves on, it sucks holding anything metal for an enxtended amount of time

x2. it gets cold enough here that we cryo treat our shit just by leaving it outside overnight.

and burn some wood dammit. if we want to stop global warming, we need to burn shit that puts more particulate matter into the air to block out the sun's rays! global warming didn't start until we stopped gross polluting back in the 70's. smog is the answer, not the problem.
