Title: This is why you dont wear sandals to the garage.
Post by: Logan76 on March 29, 2009, 11:44:43 PM: I went to my dad's garage real quick to pick up something and I just threw on my flip flops in a hurry and im a sandal wearing fag as is, well I drove over and he ended up needing a hand moving something, the 2 post lift we just bought. So there is 5 of us guys unloading the one post off an equipment trailer, my big toe hit the angle iron on the ramps...Everyone laugh at my stupidity! ::)

Its healed up about a week now, but I was just able to cut some of the dead toenail away or whatever, hopefully i can get the rest off within the week so I dont catch it on something.

The guy had some massively ingrown nail, and taped himself pulling it out. I was like an inch of pussy goo, just about ralphed. But like a train wreck, you just have to look.

to me it looks like about a week after you fuck up a toenail and it had a ton of blood undernieth but finally is lifting as the new nail is growing under. With half of it clipped off of course.

I walked into my garage in sandles and knocked over a 2ft length of railroad tie that was standing on its end right onto my big toe. The fucker swelled up huge and was throbbing so bad I couldn't walk. So I took a dremel tool and drilled a hole through the center to let the blood out. Threw a bandaid over the hole and went out. That's pretty much what a doctor would do except they use a little heated pen that melts a hole through it.

I'll never walk around garage/shop with sandles again, but I wear steeltoes every day now

Yeah I would rather hurt my foot than my hand anyday, I got my hand hit with a 20lb sledge, I was holding a board at work while my co-worker swung the hammer trying to get a siezed up shaft out of a column tube, it bounched off the board and hit my hand. Needless to say I swing the hammer from now on lol.
