Either head cracked or headgasket pinched, anyways white smoke, bubbles in radiator.
Bought an LS head (B18a), had to remove the engine, intake bracket was too rusted, everything was seized. Bought an engine hoist after that...

While in there, why not fill the block, it cured a while at room then finished cooking with hot prestone while car idling.

Homemade leakdown tester. All is well with the engine, except valve seals so a little smoke at start up.

New WG dumptube routing... I'll just cover it with a poser hood scoop soon. Funny, when raining, it looks like a whale blowhole.

Now, needs some tuning with ECtune boost controller, traction bars (weir, PM me, I left you a message in the other site, and was wondering why I didn't get any answer, I'm a bit slow), PU bushings, decent tires, and some rust healing.
No Dyno sheet, but front wheels break loose in second gear.

2 tones custom roller paint job
B18A 5 speed
Lghtened flywheel, 6 puck unsprung
CDM wastegate (10 psi but does not go above 9), quite divorced
CDM HKS knock off SSQV BOV
Chipped ECU, needs to be fine tuned, Ostrich EMU
Homemade log manifold
Ebay intercooler, 2.25" piping
2.5" homemade exhaust
EVO fuel pump

Anyway i had to figure out a way not to melt the poser plastic hood scoop, which has only 1 function: Cop keeper awayer.

Yup that was a knock sensor, I tried to interface it with a J&S, bought on the cheap, to figure out that the J&S model that I bought was for COP... I threaded a hole used for PS pump bracket.
Cheap, if useless, is still too expensive.
I'll keep the J&S, might come handy some time (1ZZFE corolla or turbo bike...)

what diam pipe is the wg dump? i'll make you a flapper on the cheap (if i don't have one here) and pack it the next day
then take 3 months to ship it because i forgot about it
I'd just put a tiny baby hole at the base. Maybe 1/16" if its mild steel so it doesn't rust up. Or you could grind a shallow slot down the bottom of the flange, although that might eat away at the CDM WG metal.

Sorry, it was late apparently. Flapper would be dandy, but that would look goofy. Well more goofy than an exhaust pipe exiting the hood.
