i lsot my camera in vegas, i think it still at my friends house.
heres some pics of my project. this will be my thread for the next week. i have no school or work for a week, so its time to get dirty
i made this manifold made before they came out with a ching chong one for the e30
it sucks and i dont know if it will last it's solid for now
running a 16g i know thats small it was going to go on my accord, then i wanted to do a ghetto cheap setup now i have megasquirt and everything you an imagine.
so heres the first crappy pics
oh and yes my turbo is up high i think im going to run the intake right out a hood slot, matched on both sides.
and also for my jpipe can i use a pvc bend to the intercooler piping its very tight and secure. or will pvc get hot that close to the turbo....
im going to search for porn and make this thread interesting

You can't run that turbo for long in that position unless your pics suck so bad that its actually not mounted on its side.

haha yeah those pics are shit. but now that you mention it... it looks pretty bad, its at a 45 degree angle. you cant see it at all from those shit ass pictures lol. i got a digi now i will take better ones.
i think it will survive, its only a 45 degree angle... it is angled so that the intake pipe sits on the valve cover and goes horizontal not vertical

I actually put a total of 10,000 miles on that but only 5,000 miles were of abusive high boost.... and you neglected to mention that my piston makes the taco taco flange look like forged O0

Get rid of that thing that's on there now and get the SS auto crap It will at least position the turbo correctly

the only way i would by another china manifold would be if it was allready cracked

Turbos will usually die young if the shaft is more than 30* off of horizontal. Ideally you want it to be 15* or less.
The only way you could do worse is by giving your turbo's inlet some gay "bmw angel eyes". That would make me laugh harder.
BTW it appears you like them young. Got any of the kiddies at the park?? :?:
