Title: B16a Turbo, nothing fancy

home-made-turbo Fo real

This my my 2nd turbo build.
first build, i wrecked my car, so i sold off everything to fix it.
thats what i get for boosting with those donuts tires.
Started back with nothing other than a boost guage, and dp flange.

The car will be finished within the next 2 weeks
In cause you were wondering, The chassis is a 4 door JDM RHD SiR
no ching chong jackie chang here.

Engine
Stock B16A Motor
Integra Type R 2001 Cams

When it blows up, IT will be rebuilt with parts i have accumulated....
SRP 81.5mm 8.x:1Cr

And will purchase

Hope to be over 250whp and close to 300whp

After it blows, it will be built and tuned to run 400whp on 91OCT.

You'd be able to hit 300whp with a 60trim T3 turbo, a 60trim t3/t4 will get you quite a bit more. My friend was able to make 250whp with a 20yr old 60trim T3 on his 17yr old stock B16A with just 9psi - using Uberdata.

there is a hole, i hope thats okay

damaged the radiator core, and condenser core by mistake
also broke one of the legs on the slave mounting the manifold
turbo touches nipple

im not sure how to fix it with ac

its a good design... imo
they are supposed to be ac compatable with a 4bolt turbine housing, and i have a 5bolt.

i will make a spacer, longer bolts, and tilt the radiator :)

couplers and clamps will arrive next week

got my precision 350hp intercooler and spooling charge piping yesterday

Radiator fits good now

Need to make brackets to mount intercooler.
