Whole House Audio

Anyone here have any input on whole house audio systems? i have done some searching and cant find much. i have tried to find forums on this topic, but havent seen anything.

i am looking at this system. its looks pretty straight forward and pretty expandable. its the only one i can find and that makes me worry there might be something better out there that i havent seen yet.

Maybe that.

I'm looking at one from sonos.com that is very similar to that but has an iPhone app, so I can control it with my phone anywhere in the house.
