Innovate Steel motor mounts

I tried to boost my DOHC ZC, but it has a fucket thread on block, i tried to install ARP and i cant install one correctly, it had (Helicoi) im not sure how it's called in english.

this is what i means.



i was torque all ARP nuts and i didnt can torque correctly this one, so im looking for another DOHC ZC block or just try to swap B16 i have frmo my EG6, si i was looking for motor mounts and cable/hydro conversion for cheap and found innovate has cheap stuff, not sure if will works ok ,that's why im asking that right now, if any had any problem using this motor mounts and cable/hydro conversion, oh, i was looking for Drive Shaft Shop Axles swap B-series..

thx. i was a bit sad for my engine since it was runing pretty good..  :(

There mounts work great i have them with a 95a hardness in my coupe. As far as the conversion kit my buddy had one in his ek with the b16 cable trans and he never had a problem

Im running an innovative auto to manual mount and a driverside mount in my del sol, can't complain about either good quality too

Next time, don't put helicoils into block. Timeserts are awesome for that shit.

i didnt it, is difficult to put one into block? what sizes ill need, ..

about innovate moutns, ive heard steel ones lower alot and have a lot of clearance for install and sometimes need to put some washers.. not sure on this really..  >:(

about innovate moutns, ive heard steel ones lower alot and have a lot of clearance for install and sometimes need to put some washers.. not sure on this really..  >:(
If helicoil repair was attempted, you would run an oversize timesert to fix the issue.
You just need to make sure that the inside thread for the stud/bolt is correct,
Then you just drill, and make your thread with a tap for the outside.
I believe stock thread for that motor would be 11X1.5MM, but im not sure on that.

yeah, i was looking info about time serts and even they sell speial repair kit for Honda head bolts, but it cost like +400$

not sure what i will do, but i  will try to fix it myself since i want not to remove all block. pistons and other shit...

I had an early set of steel innovate mounts for my old LS swap in my 90 si.  The driver side mount sagged a bit.  I replaced them with the run-of-the-mill $90 ebay set and those held up 10x better with no sag.  Maybe they changed the design since then?

kinda werid but i installed stock head studs and i torqued all to 70nm  :o
