I rock some composite toe doc martens right now. I've also got a pair of Cats that look like some running shoes but they suck ass IMHO.

Weird, mine have held up great, and im tough as fuck on boots, not to mention im 290lbs fatass, so that alone is hard on them lol. I like them for comfort, I dont expect boots to last me more than a year, my wolverines lasted 3 months...
